I have gotten this question a lot lately: “Am I too old to train Muay Thai?” 🤔

Straight up: NO!

Whether you’re 16 or 70, I truly believe that Muay Thai can be started at any age.

Now obviously depending on what age you start will change your approach a bit, but as long as you start slow and ease into it, then there’s no reason not to get started.

Here’s the deal: training not only boosts your physical fitness but also sharpens your mind, relieves stress, and builds an incredible sense of community.
