Salon Etiquette:

Please do not bring extra people to your appointment. Our salon space is a small, cozy atmosphere and we can only accommodate those who have an appointment.

No children under 7 are allowed in the salon unless being serviced! Please understand that we have hot tools, sharp tools and not only is it unsafe, but for many people their salon time is their down time and a time to be pampered and relaxed. Your stylist will work with you to make an appointment when you can find child care.

Please be respectful of your stylist and give them 48 hour notice of a cancellation. If you don’t show…we don’t get paid. At the end of the day it greatly affects how we pay our bills.

Cancellation/no show policy for Sheri only. Each stylist has their individual policies.

I will be implementing a strict cancellation/no show policy effective immediately.

I require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or change an appointment. After this time you will be charged for 50% of the service.
After two occurrences you be required to pre pay for your service to book another appointment.

Of course there will be understanding in the case of a true emergency.

It is unfortunate that it has come to this. However, my time is valuable and cancellations and no shows affect my income drastically.

Most of them do not have the same ingredients or have expired. Therefore, you do not get the same results and sometimes can even get damaging results. Here is an example…

Attention Clients….

🚧 Construction Alert 🚧
The Commerce Street entrance to the Market/Commerce Street Public Parking Lot is under construction.

There is access via the alleyway on the backside of the lot. This is the alleyway right beside The Wooden Hanger.
The main entrance should reopen in approximately 10 days.

Once the Commerce Street entrance reopens, the alleyway entrance will be redone. Total completion time for the project is 3-4 weeks.
