Mill update: This is a big one folks... WE'VE GOT FLOUR! It has certainly been a whirlwind of activity for our mill team as they have been tirelessly working to get the mill up and running. Amidst the long days filled with trainings, tests, and the inevitable challenges that come with a milling operation, we are happy to announce we have successfully produced our first run of flour! While there's still more work ahead, we are taking a moment to pause and celebrate this tremendous milestone. 🌾
