Dolly loves the dog park! She is still available. Check out her bio on Crest-care.net
Happiness is getting outside while the kids are occupied. Lucy is ready to be a princess, not a parent.
Update on Freckles: Hormones as dropping after spay and she's a bit calmer. Loves to play with older kids and burn off energy. She's beginning to respect the other dog's personal space and try's to engage them in play (they are older pups). House breaking is still a work in process, hence the pad outdoors which she does use. Always heads for the pad inside which is good. Would love to see her have an opportunity for agility as she has tons of energy.
Freckles loves to take showers. There is a lot of interest in Freckles, please be patient while we are evaluating her. Located In Arizona What we know now; Smart!!! Fast!!! High energy- needs a job, agility, etc. High prey drive- will intimidate submissive dogs Alpha, wants to rule the pack, including her person Puppy, non stop mischief. chew, chew, chew anything Loves showers, rain storms if her person goes out Uses a slow feeder dog bowl or will go after others food Very, very loving and possessive of her person. person must be her alpha! Recently spayed needs time for hormones to settle down Puppy pad trained, working on house training She is full crested but may have some Peruvian Inca Orchid in her (snout, stance, energy) More to come

A Happy Pup!
Thanks to our wonderful supporters who donated to Summers surgery.
Every little bit helps!
Summer has so much spark and joy for such a small pup. We can't wait until she is tumor free, I'm sure she will be even happier!
FYI her little tail was broken at some time and healed curled up over her bottom.
Douglas update: every day Douglas is a little more active. Yes he has a trick knee, but the vet says luxating patella is very common in small dogs and it doesn’t stop him from enjoying walks and running through the house carrying socks that he is going to shake to “death” and then lay on. We forget sometimes how traumatized these little dogs are when they first come into rescue. After being dumped on the street, and spending six weeks in animal control, he was really shut down, but he is coming to life more every day. Our job as a foster family is to help him get medical care and to remember that he is lovable and loved. He got his renal support dog food today and he loved it so much i thought he might eat the bowl. He’s going to be a wonderful addition to someone’s family. Stay tuned for more news as he recovers and thanks to everyone for their prayers and love.
