Some eggs were added to the Blue Cooler this afternoon with some extra ice to combat this extra warm weather!
If you stopped earlier and found the coolers empty, the White Cooler is now restocked!

It’s Sunday morning, the sun is shining and the water has receded from yesterday (but it may be a little muddy)…
There is a reason our eggs have such beatifully rich yellow yolks—-Our birds love their Poulin Grain food from Kingwood Feed & Mercantile!
We’ve always posted pictures of the outside of the eggs, here are the rich, golden, delicious insides!
There are lots of eggs in the cooler that have the same rich golden color!
Lots of eggs available for weekend baking while it rains outside or for Sunday breakfasts!
Most of our eggs are different shades of brown, but there may be a few blue or olive colored mixed in some of the boxes… All eggs are hand dated with the date they were laid, though.
So many beautiful eggs in the cooler and more to come!
The egg stand is FULLY STOCKED in both coolers and the road is clear for travel! I included a picture of the snow blanketing our chicken run from the Feb.13 storm because it’s just so pretty.
We are fully stocked for Sunday baking and storm prep!

Here’s something to crow about— there are lots of eggs in the cooler and the road is clear enough to get down tonight!
Due to the pending snow and very low temperatures— we pulled the eggs that were out in the cooler so that we don’t lose any to freeze. We will put more out when the weather lets us. Thanks for your understanding!
🎉🎉🎉Great news!! We have been steadily seeing an increase in the number of eggs we are getting each day, so we should be able to keep the stand better stocked! 🎉🎉🎉
We added a bunch out this morning to the white cooler all dated from this past week— grab some in case you were get this ❄️ snow ❄️ that’s predicted for Monday!
I’ve been able to continue to put a few dozen out at a time and today is no different! There are a few dozen in the cooler now- grab them before they either freeze or I take them back in tomorrow before the snow hits!

We put out a few dozen eggs this morning for your Christmas morning brunch or cookie making adventures!
Currently, the stand is surrounded by water plus there are no eggs in the coolers. I will have some to put out, but want to hold off until some of the rain water dries up (or freezes!) and the stand is more accessible.
I was FINALLY able to put a few dozen out in the white cooler! Remember, eggs are now $5 per dozen— we are supporting local by buying food from Kingwood Feed & Mercantile— If you have not checked them out, please do! They have some great local and hand made items for Christmas.
