We are set up at the Karns fair. We are one of 3 people selling catfish, which is a bummer. Fortunately, we have Gumbo, jambalaya, and other Cajun cuisine that is unique to us. We would love and appreciate your support. We are here 10-3 today.

The bakery is doing a spring cookie sale to help pay for the hood system we need to have installed. It helps us greatly to know how many to bake. :)
Spring cookie sale to help offset the cost of the hood system for our food truck (we found out we need one with a suppression system which is $$$$).
$3 each or $35/dozen. Cash only, please. Saturday, March 26th from 10-12 or until sold out.

Hey Everyone! Welcome to the Food Truck Page! We are a sweet and savory hybrid where you can choose!
Bobby- Cajun chef extraordinaire with over 20 years experience, was raised on the west bank of NOLA. His first job was at a catfish house, where he worked his way up from the dishwasher to the Head Chef. He then worked as the chef for a local fish market, so he has LOTS of experience in quality seafood (and what to avoid!). He plans to create exciting dishes such as po' boys, gumbo, jambalaya, and other Cajun cuisines! All po' boys will be made with fresh baked French bread made by his wife.
Sheri- Pastry Chef extraordinaire, grew up in West/central Pennsylvania where it was a melting pot of cultures and traditions. She started her own business, Sassy Pants Sweets & Treats in February of 2017. Sheri is a certified Pastry Chef and will be the Sweetie with all the sweets! Her side of the food truck will include coffees, breakfast pastries, baked goods (cupcakes, brownies, cake pops, etc.), and supplementing Bobby's needs with Fresh baked bread.
You can book us as a meal truck (lunch and dinner with Cajun dishes and a few desserts) or as a breakfast/dessert truck (coffees, desserts, breakfast pastries, etc.). We will also be offering seafood boils for catering only. :)
