This now was almost 3 years ago! Super thankful for our health changes! Over 200 pounds Gone between John and I, but the most exciting part to me….. John is no longer considered a diabetic and was released from taking his diabetic meds over 2 years ago now! 🎉

We wanted to share our success and story with others, because we too went through many years of the “yo-yo” diets and nothing working! Our healthy lifestyle will work for anyone that works the lifestyle! Clean, healthy eating, and we can teach you! 🥳

We also are very excited, because folks that need to use prescribed weightloss/diabetic shots are able to follow our same plan. The habits and mindset followed set people up for success as they are losing the weight and getting healthy.

Don’t look at it as a “New Years Resolution”! Look at this as a lifestyle! Wanting to be healthy for your spouse, your kids or grandkids, to feel better, to have more energy, for health! Do it for you!

On average, we can gain up to 8 pounds between Thanksgiving and New Years….😳

A lot of people want change, but decide to wait until the New Year…. But here’s the deal, losing weight is the easy part, it’s the understanding of
“How” to get the proper nutrition and getting into the right mindset that’s a little harder.

If you can get those two tackled prior to the holiday, you’ll more than likely gain less and maybe even lose when others are packing it on!🎉

Read on to hear ToniAnns story….. As we continue the holiday season, I’m happy to share that I’ve reached a MAJOR health goal. Sure, I’ve changed a lot physically (goodbye 108 pounds!), but the major change was in my mind because I finally am COMFORTABLE with how I look, which is a big deal for me!

If you’re worried about entering the holidays or still unsure if you'll ever reach that goal weight, TRUST ME YOU WILL! I encourage everyone to keep going, keep working hard, and know that it'll happen! Believe in yourself and don't forget to reach out to your coach because they are here to guide and support you!
