❌ shoulder is rounded forward and raised up to her ears due to tension and tightness in the traps, neck and rotator cuff muscles- before working on it

✅ shoulder has been worked on with deep pressure and some stretching!! working on getting the shoulder relaxed back down so the muscles have less tension on them-after working on it

We love to see the results right away but sometimes it takes more than one session, this client has had multiple with me and we’ve been working on her upper back tension!

To my clients,
I have some news to share
As of the week of May 15th I will no longer be living in Florida.
I will be moving to Tennessee to start a new chapter of my life, where my family lives.
This has been the second most difficult decision of my life so far but I feel stagnant in Florida, I, as a person, have not been growing here for the past year and it’s time for me to start fresh.
I hope you all will understand, as this again was not at all an easy decision for me to make mainly because of you guys and I did not want to let you all down, but I have been teetering on the edge of this decision for awhile and I’ve tried to make it work here in Florida but this state just isn’t for me anymore, I am not in a great mental state here and I have finally gotten the push I need to take the leap.
I know this is sudden and abrupt but I know it’s the right time for me and I do not want to and cannot delay my growth any longer.
I want you all to know that I appreciate every single one of you and thank you for sticking with me as your massage therapist!
