The weekend is upon us.
This week's special treat is fresh off the vine heirloom tomatoes from our garden. We had some on our pie last night with pepperoni and mushrooms. AMAZING
The art of fermentation. I make the dough the day before and let it rise for 24 hours. It's what gives it that wonderful slightly sour taste and creates a great mouth feel.
