Starting June 1st there will be a 100 deposit for bookings. This deposit will only be refundable if you cancel 7 days before your booking date. The deposit will be credited to the amount due at the time of your stay. We did not want to do this however there has been a lot of cancellations the day before or the day of the booking date. There has been no call no shows.
