East Tennessee is home
❤️
We had the best time at the Museum of Appalachia today for our last Hometown Spotlight of the year, focusing on Norris! Something about seeing all the traditional decorations, watching apple butter being made, standing by the fire and hearing country Christmas music really made me sentimental. I am so thankful to call East Tennessee home, and to get this opportunity to step back in the past. ❤️
merry & bright at the christmas parade 🎄
I’ve never seen this much velvet on a news set! John, Robin, Karthik & I had to document of course!
y'all know I love bloopers, so here are some outtakes of me learning to trust Larry at the Ice Chalet to not drop me before I filmed my piece about the Nutcracker this weekend 😂
Happy Thanksgiving, everyone! Feeling very thankful this year to be surrounded by friends & family. Kicked off the holiday with my first-ever Turkey Trot, stuffed my face with food, then took the best nap ever 😂🦃
pov: you turn your tv on channel 10 every night 🌃
Fantasy of Trees is back in Knoxville, and all the money raised through the event goes straight to East Tennessee Children's Hospital. This year, Santa enlisted Brittany and I to be his elves, helping to deliver presents to patients in the hospital. I can't even explain how much this visit filled our souls. This holiday season, I'm thankful for the giving spirit.
I... think I have officially lost it 😂 the puns & fun during today's 10About Town provided plenty of laughs to the newsroom at least!
This is what happens when you wear a green dress on a weather wall 😂
Had my first volunteer shift delivering flowers to patients in the hospital with today, and it was so soul filling. 💐 since joining this nonprofit’s board of directors a few months ago, I have seen the impact just a little bit of kindness can create in people’s lives. A good reminder for all of us.
It's Breast Cancer Awareness Month, but for the past 25 years, WBIR has put a focus on fighters and survivors all year long, with Buddy Check stories every tenth of the month. Robin started the series in 1998 as a way to remind people to do their breast self exams, and call up a buddy to do the same. For the past five years, I have gotten to carry the torch of telling those stories, and they have been some of the most soul-filling ones by far. I know Buddy Check 10 has saved lives. I know it will keep doing so. 💕
did you actually go to a pumpkin patch if you didn’t post a picture of it 🎃
The Powell High School football players will wear these helmet stickers for the remainder of the season to honor KCSO Deputy Tucker Blakely, who died in the line of duty this week.
Giddy on up to Horse Haven this weekend for their Fall Harvest Fest! Have fun with the whole family & support injured and abused equine in our area! 🐴🍂
I just realized I never posted about my experience a couple of weeks ago being Principal for a Day at Dandridge Elementary School! I had so much fun getting to open car doors at morning drop off, giving the morning announcements, visiting classrooms, getting plenty of hugs, and learning about what goes on inside Jefferson County Schools! So great to be back at the place I experienced K-5, but everything seems much smaller now that I’m an adult! 😂
Had so much fun last night emceeing for ’s show at the Bijou! We kicked off this Dark Mode GameDay weekend the right way! 🖤🧡
Pumped to be a part of this show at the Bijou on Friday night!! It's gonna be a lot of fun-- so buy some tickets!
We’re excited to have Katie Inman emcee our show on Friday night in Knoxville! Tix here: JoshMancuso.com/live
Feeling like fall at Dollywood for the Harvest Festival 🍂🎃
TODAY AT 4 DURING 10TAILGATE: Meet Larry and Betty Richardson. They are Oak Ridge Wildcats to their core. Since the 1940s, this married couple has cheered for their favorite team in every season— and have accumulated a lot of memories in that time. Hear how they’re feeling ahead of the big rivalry game against Clinton!
Brittany and Todd are always watching 👀
Sorry for all the viewers who had to watch my bad dance moves today on 10About Town 😂
Had a great time today on 10About Town shining our Hometown Spotlight on my favorite place— Dandridge! Someone get Todd a Bible Burger from Tinsley-Bible stat! 🍔
I am SO EXCITED, because today at 4, we are shining the spotlight on my hometown of Dandridge! We have a great show planned, and will be live in downtown this afternoon for 10About Town! I hope you’ll watch!
In the meantime, enjoy this story I put together last year about the history of this tiny town!
'Dandridge is a special spot' | A walk down my hometown The Jefferson County seat is the only town to bear the name of the nation's first first lady. The streets are lined in history, with the future inching closer.
Had a bunch of fun at Oktoberfest today for 10About Town!
Sunflower Sunday? 🌻
Our talented WBIR photojournalist gave me these pictures from when Todd and I visited Philadelphia, TN this summer for 10About Town! Thankful to work with such great people, who have an artistic eye!
It’s been four years since a hand-drawn design left its stamp on Vol nation forever. Check out my story, as I revisited this Rocky Top Straight from the Heart moment. 🧡
Catch Todd and I every night at 10 on FOX43!
I just anchored my last show with Kaylee 🥺 She is moving on in a couple of Sundays to be a meteorologist at our sister station in Toledo, OH! It’s always so sad to see coworkers/friends leave, but I can’t wait to watch her accomplish so much! 🙌🏻☀️

Meet our new meteorologist: Cassie Nall is returning to WBIR! Welcome back, Cassie!!! We've missed you tons and we're so grateful to have you back in our Channel 10 family!
Still floating on air like a butterfly after this weekend! 🦋 I had the opportunity to interview Dolly while she was in East Tennessee. She was so kind and comforting, and I still feel like I’m dreaming! You can watch our conversation on WBIR this Tuesday at 4 on 10About Town. ✨
