A fast-moving cold front will spill in colder air on Wednesday. It will also bring in some light rain & light snow, mainly above 2500 feet. It will be much colder, with wind chills in the 30s all day long.

After some morning low clouds, then some peaks of sun, we will once again see increasing clouds through the afternoon & evening as a cold front approaches. Light rain mainly after the evening commute. Then light snow develops overnight tonight & through part of our Wednesday.

MINOR CHANGES ARE ON THE WAY

Tuesday is looking dry & breezy with increasing clouds. However, a disturbance rolls in late Tuesday & through the day Wednesday. That will produce light rain with some light snow in the higher elevations. No travel concerns, but it sure would be nice to see more snow in the mountains.... if I do say so myself.

LIGHT RAIN, GUSTY WIND

A couple of disturbances head our way this week. The first is today. It will bring light rain, mainly north of I-40 & gusty wind. Another one moves in Tuesday night into Wednesday, bringing in colder air, light rain, gusty wind & some light mountain snow.

HUGE IMPROVEMENT TODAY

Morning fog & clouds will eventually clear out later this afternoon. It actually will be a great day to be out and about with high temps in the low to mid-60s. 🤩 The wind will pick up this afternoon, sometimes becoming a little gusty.

We picked up some much-needed rain around E. TN. If you have evening plans, we will stay damp as rain slowly exits the area. Sunday starts off very mild with lows in the mid to upper 50s. The goal is to make it into the low to mid 60s. The skies should clear after about 3pm.
