How many meals did the 3 of us have at Longs Drug Store? Anyone who’s ever come to visit me, I’ve taken them to eat at Longs. I watched Hank Peck’s kids and Ruthie’s grandkids grow up while sitting at the counter eating BLTs and crinkle fries, hamburgers and tots and the occasional chocolate milkshake. My husband and I had so many breakfast dates at Longs before I left the morning show. I’m all out of sorts over the news.

Raise your hand if you have already taken your tree down? (This is not me raising my hand, I’ll be de-Christmasing all week.)

Anyone else still decorating and shopping on this beautiful Christmas Eve Eve? Finally finished my snowflake garland this morning. (Should have been done weeks ago but better late than never right?) 😉

Do they not make Christmas Cards for people who are grieving? I’ve been to 2 stores and can’t find any.

Fun fact: last concert I went to before becoming a mom was Dwight Yoakam. Went into labor the next day. 😂

We’ve decided our boys are too young so we are holding off on all things video games and we have made that clear to our kids… well just this week Gus put a Nintendo switch on his letter to Santa and then I open up his folder to see that he’s drawn a picture of a snowman holding a Nintendo switch! I feel like we are headed down the road to disappointment. 😬
