CPR Compressions: Place heel of hand in center of chest along the ni**le line. Interlock fingers and begin compressions. Push hard up to 2 inches, push fast up to 120 beats a minute. Keep arms locked out. Allow for full recoil without leaving the chest. 30 Compression to 2 breaths.
