The Willows of West Hills updated their business hours.

Recently, the owner of the property has opted to change management companies to GPM. As such, GPM will now be handling all aspects of your tenancy, such as rent collection, maintenance, leasing, and other details. This is to inform you that this change is EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY and explain the changes you should expect, as well as the actions you need to take to ensure your continued tenancy.

1. Rent payments are to be made to KB Willows. This includes your current rent and any rent you owe from previous months.
2. Your lease is still valid and enforced. This includes late fees, utility payments, and other tenant requirements.

Online Payments: You should have received an email from Yardi Rent Cafe that will direct you how to make online payments or set up scheduled payments.
We are able to accept credit cards, debit cards and checks through the RentCafe site.

Mailing A Payment: Payments can be mailed to the same address as previously mailed.

Processing fees for credit and debit cards will apply.

** We do not accept cash. Please do NOT mail cash!! **

We want to make this transition as easy as possible for you, but as with any transition there will be kinks to work out. Please bear with us during this time. We look forward to meeting and working with everyone.

When you pay your rent it is a great time to check your smoke detector and change your air filter. We have AC filters available at the office any time during business hours.

A resident has lost their cat. Please keep your eyes peeled for a black cat that is skinny and long with the name Bagheera. It is microchipped and very friendly. Please contact the office if you see our furry friend.

More great gate tips! Thank you for your patience as we all get adjusted to the new gate system and key pad.

1. If the gate screen is blank it is resetting from the last attempted entry. Please remember to press the # then your personal code to open the gate. Take your time to press the buttons down firmly. If your code has a double digit (example 00), press the button down then completely then remove your finger from the button before pressing it again.

2. Keep in mind that the person in front of you may be a guest or food delivery. Be patient because they are required to find and select the apt # and wait for the resident to let them in.

3. If you need help installing the sensor to your driver's side headlight please swing by the office. We will be glad to help!

The front gate is now operational. The gate will be closed Monday-Saturday 6pm to 8am and closed all day Sunday. Please note that the previous code of 9535 no longer work to open the gate.
GATE TIPS:
1. Sensors should be placed on the drivers side headlight. Move slowly towards the gate and it will open. Be sure to stay on the right side of the driveway.
2. When using your gate code, enter # and the four digits (hash is on the bottom right side of the key pad).
3. You can also find yourself in the directory (Example:190 Resident 1). Select your apt and the gate will call your cell phone. Answer your phone and press 9 to open the gate.

Fun Food Fact! Peppers have more vitamin C than oranges. About two or three times as much, depending on the color of the pepper.
