Strictly Salads

Here it is!! This Tuesday's menu! If you've gotten these Taco salads from me in the past, be sure to read over the ingredients as they have changed slightly. If you would like to special order one, PLEASE let me know by Monday evening by text to 765-252-6481! Or they will come with everything listed. The garlic sour cream, sliced jalapeños, hot or mild sauce and chips will all be on the side. Also, the ground beef will be in a separate container so that it can be heated if desired. The chicken will not be separate.
This week, there will be a bonus item!! Frito Dip! A 12 oz. container will be $6 including a small bag of Frito Scoops. If you've had it, ya know!!! If you haven't, just ask Karon Lancaster, I think she's my biggest fan of this stuff!😘

Soooo....
This is about to happen! The plan is every Tuesday, I will offer 2 different salads and either a dessert, sandwich, wrap, soup or side dish item. It will mainly be first come, first serve but I will allow special orders on the items I'll be offering, BUT, I will require prepayment for special orders. This may include leaving off onions, or extra cucumbers, or French dressing instead of Ranch.

I take cashapp, venmo, zelle and facebook pay. I have a card reader but will charge a service fee to take a credit/debit card (just a small fee). And, of course, cash!

I will deliver in special circumstances but not all the time.

Salads are served in a 32 oz deli container and a 4 oz dressing will be on the side. Extra dresaing will be available for $1. If there are toppings for the salads, such as croutons, those will be in a bag on the side. The deli containers seal tightly and are reusable and microwave & dishwasher safe. No, I will not give you credit if you bring them back, I cannot reuse them!

I can't promise that prices won't go up next time, I can promise my salads are definitely worth it!! They are packed tightly and stay fresh in the container for 3-5 days, depending on the ingredients.

Please be patient with me the first few weeks while I work out the kinks. I'm starting out small but may expand, depending on my available capacity. *Disclaimer* I am doing this out of my home kitchen but I do follow proper handling procedures and wear gloves while handling food, changing often and washing between changes.

Extra large veggie tray for a retirement party! So yummy!!

Don't forget the veggie tray for your Christmas party! This one was customer specific. 16" square $45. Fruit & cheese also available. 4 meat, cheese & crackers plus for $60. Get yours ordered!

Just a little preview of what's available... this is a 16" square 4 meat, cheese and cracker plus tray. This one contains only ham and turkey and colby jack cheese (upon customers request) but roast beef, chicken and salami are also available, along with other cheese varieties. $60. Veggie and fruit & cheese trays also available. $45

Ok Facebook!! How about some pulled pork sandwiches with a side of cole slaw and baked mac n cheese? 😋😋 $10 for the dinner. Then I'm also offering Chicken Bacon Ranch Salad, $9 full or $6 half. And some kind of dessert for $3. Either banana pudding, cherry delight or caramel apple cake. I can do all of those pretty easily. What ya think? Get your orders in by tomorrow evening and I will have them ready for lunch time delivery on Wednesday!

Thanks everyone who's been out to support today!! I want to apologize to anyone who bought subs that were soggy! We are working on finding a way to keep that from happening, as all of the ingredients are "wet". I hope to see you all soon!

It's official!! I will have a booth in the Markland Mall Black Friday weekend, not Friday but Saturday and Sunday!! Menu will be posted soon but Loaded Dip will definitely be on the menu!!! So excited to see everyone!!
