It’s been a little bit so I think it’s time to reintroduce myself! Hello everyone, my name is Laurel! Heres some questions I get asked a lot:

Q: Where are you from?
A: I’m from California originally, but moved to Illinois in 2019 to live with my husband after dating long distance and getting married. I moved to Kokomo in 2022.
Q: How old are you?
A: I’m 23!
Q: Why do you do nails?
A: I started getting interested in doing my own nails exactly 3 years ago (Dec 4th, 2020) when I was tired of paying so much money for my nails and being disappointed, bleeding, and sore after every appointment. I made my own press ons 3 years ago and the rest was history!
Q: When did you graduate school?
A: I went to Summit Salon Academy here in Kokomo and graduated from the manicurist program in July 2023 and was licensed in August 2023.
Q: What’s your favorite thing to do with nails?
A: this is a tricky one because I love shaping acrylic! It’s just so satisfying to dust off the nail and see the perfect shape. But I think my favorite has to be nail art. I graduated from college with an art degree so I just love trying to execute new designs and following fun nail inspo!
