The Deputy Chief Economist at First American, Odeta Kushi, illustrates this:

“Big jump in the homeownership rate today, mostly driven by younger households. We saw a spike in the number of owners, and a decline in the number of renters. This is the highest rate of homeownership since 2008.”

The Life Cycle of Escrow 🏠

Many people aren’t sure what exactly escrow means or why they need to hire a good escrow company to handle their real estate transaction. Here’s a quick walk through of what is done during escrow:
