In the northern hemisphere, today is the darkest day of the year. Meaning, it’s the longest night and shortest day. ❄️

The winter solstice calls us deep inside of ourselves. It’s a time to embrace this space before the sun rises again. To be with the endings, let go, and allow ourselves to pause in the void. They say it’s always darkest before the dawn, and thats the season we’re in now.

Today is a potent time to reflect, reset, release, and recover. If you’re able to spend time resting, journaling, meditating, walking, those are all good activities for this vibe.

This week’s channeled mantra aligns with this energy-

“The dawn of a new day is upon us. I treasure this moment before the rising Light, this portal of transformation. I allow all that is not Truly Me, to fall away. I release the past, and I surrender all that I cannot control to my Creator. I let go, and I allow myself to be reborn into who the Divine created me to be. This is the era of Divine radiance. I know the holidays can be tough. Over the years, I’ve made it my mission to help my clients, and myself, transform this time of year from a time of emotional triggers, heaviness, and stress into a time of connection, joy, magic, and peace. These are the top tools & practices that have helped me accomplish this and have created the biggest changes for my clients-⁣
⁣
1. 𝗧𝗿𝘆 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀. Go to a new holiday parade, take a road trip to a holiday themed town, try making a new meal, or start a new tradition. Not only does novelty trigger a release of dopamine, but it brings in new 𝘦𝘯𝘦𝘳𝘨𝘺 that can open up a whole new perspective or unlock a new experience that can shift your entire mindset around the holidays, and prevent you from falling into old patterns.⁣
⁣
2. 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘇𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝘃𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗲𝗹𝗳 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗲 & 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁. Revitalizing self care means doing things that increase your energy. A lot of times, when people simply rest more, they find themselves either going into escapism or mentally over thinking, both of which create more anxiety. Focus on positive support systems, & practices that increase vitality such as energy work, exercise, art, volunteering, journaling, yoga, breath work, etc. And do more of these things than normal. ⁣
⁣
3. 𝗚𝗼𝗱, 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽 𝗺𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘁 & 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗮 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝘀𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻. Utilize your prayers & intentions. Incorporate them multiple times a day so you’re fostering an open mind, open heart, and shifting your energy. Make the choice to have a new experience this year.⁣
⁣
4. 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗹𝗮𝗶𝗺 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗘𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆. You influence every room you enter energetically. Reclaim your energy by aligning w/ what you intentionally want to experience. Visualize your energy field as a large bubble of light radiating out several feet, protecting you from harmful energy & uplifting those you engage with.⁣
⁣
5. 𝗕𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁. Emotional spirals take you out of the present. Come back by noticing the colors & things around you. Focus on your breath. Take in the beauty. Be here NOW. ♥️

I was bringing through a young man for a client today.

He was showing me how he was speaking to large groups of people, leading change and projects, and mentoring/teaching others.
Then, he referenced going off course for several years after taking a dark turn. His detour, as he called it, took him through some dark lows and some brutal battles with his inner demons.
🌪

After a long, dark night of the soul, he had an awakening, and was able to rebuild his life. He prioritized his healing and spiritual journey, and got clean and sober. 🙌

He went on to have massive success, and he used his story to be a better leader. To empathize, inspire, and heal himself, his team, and to do business in an ethical way. His journey taught him how to weave in humility, depth, and compassion with his charisma, enthusiasm, and vision.

He told us, “I went off track. My free will and fear of success sabotaged all that I had worked for, and it nearly destroyed me. But just when I thought I was out, God pulled me up. And even though none of that was planned, the Divine found a way to use it for good.”


My client shared with me that he was her brother, and he had been a powerful and magnetic lawyer turned CEO. He was the boss that everyone loved because he took the time to truly mentor his employees and his team. He was terrified of being the bad boss, of being seen as a rich, self centered person. He also struggled with self esteem issues, and he loved his career, but had trouble finding a sense of belonging. After a bout with anxiety, he became ungrounded and ended up getting addicted to speed pills and alcohol. He left his job and spent several years trying to make it in different industries, traveling, and feeling lost.

Then, she confirmed, he came back better than ever. 🔥
She said they were all amazed! His healing and spiritual connection activated his intuition, so he was even more brilliant in business. He was able to be one step ahead of everyone else in his industry, and he lead with extraordinary compassion and kindness up until the day he died.

His death came suddenly. He had me feel a shooting pain in my heart, a blinding headache, then everything went black and I was out of my body. He showed me what looked like a circle in a blood vessel, which is usually my symbol for a blood clot or aneurysm. In his case, it turned out to be an aneurysm.

As soon as left his body, he said to me- “Wow! That was the greatest ride ever!!!!” He had the biggest smile on his face, and he was so excited to reunite with his grandmother and loved ones on the other side. 🌟

This session ended up coming at the perfect time for my client. She had been feeling like she went off course during the pandemic and hadn’t found her way back yet. She said she felt so ashamed, she had started feeling like a comeback just wasn’t possible for her.

So of course, her brother came through with the message she needed to hear.

🌞 Even in the event that your own free will takes you off course, or that you sabotage, or get swept up in addiction, or health issues, family issues, distractions, whatever the case may be, if you are willing, the Divine can ALWAYS use your detour to ADD to your life and your purpose. You can always choose to reconnect to your Soul, and get back on your souls path. And that detour, it will end up making your faith stronger. Because once you’ve lost it, you never take it for granted again. And it will remind you how easy it is to go off course, which makes you an even better leader, healer, teacher, human.

But most importantly, it teaches you how to return to yourself. How to return to your Soul. It gives you the wisdom of figuring out how to get back on track, when everything has failed. And that lesson is the key to success in all areas of life. And when you lead from that place, and you embody the energy of being fully connected, centered, and aligned with your core values and faith, you ignite that feeling in those around you. And you end up creating teams, families, or communities who are centered.

To have gotten lost, experienced an awakening or healing, chosen a path of healing and reclamation, made it back to reclaim oneself, and then climbed back up to lead the way forward for others is perhaps one of the greatest lessons one may demonstrate for others. It is a gift. 😇

And so, if you ever wonder if you’re too far off track to find healing, success, or happiness, please let this story inspire you.

The Divine can use any detour you’ve taken. Be willing. Let the Light in and know that you can accept Spirit’s assistance and cultivate the courage and strength to reach new heights of success, health, and happiness. Your journey isn’t done yet. You still have peaks to summit and lives to change. Don’t ever count yourself out.
