She asked for more blonde, more highlights and more dimension in her color as she wasn’t able to get this done by continuing to color her hair as it was causing so much damage because her previous color was almost black.

FEW THINGS I WOULD LIKE TO TALK ABOUT IN THIS POST 👇🏻

✨ When many people or even stylists who are limited to offer a certain method of installation tell you that Microbonds/Fusion keratin is damaging to your hair, I want to show you few of my clients who had the weakest, finest hair, that was damaged from previous wear of the WRONG method of extension that was damaging to their hair like tape in or weft. Our custom Microbonds, are Completely harmless for your own hair. You do not need to worry about Microbonds hair extensions ruining your natural hair. With the proper extension technique and care, the length of your natural hair can be easily growing over time.

✨ Another important point I always tell my clients not to compare their natural hair to their extensions. When we have our extensions in we totally miss the points on where we started, how our hair looked at first. Always take before & after pictures to show your clients how healthy their natural hair is becoming in such a short time. Using the right method of extensions, along with them following the after care by using professional hair products, less heat and styling because it’s not needed when wearing extensions, coming in as recommended for your appointments.

Many stylists will tell you that you aren’t able to wear hair extensions if you have fine thin hair.

In most cases lots of them aren’t experienced with thin hair clients or even sometimes end up recommending the wrong method of installation.

What type of hair is used for hair extensions at our Studio?

We are proud and please to say what we use our own brand of 100% natural Remy human hair for our extensions. Let’s explain what Remy hair means, it means that the extensions are top quality with the hair cuticle facing all the same direction.  This type of hair is carefully selected to guarantee and provide the best results. Many Extensions brand are not remy hair, are created from hair that has been collected in piles and then arranged randomly with the cuticle on some strands of hair running in one direction while the cuticle of other strands runs in other direction. When this occurs, matting and tangling is always the result.  Some companies attempt to use chemical treatment to force the cuticles to go to one direction. This process however results in destroying the hair structure and creates very fragile hair.  To combat the damage, a silicone layer is sometimes applied to the hair extensions to add shine and body that were removed during the chemical treatment.  This outer coating can have a very short life.
It is difficult to tell the difference in hair extension quality.  At Remi’s Hair Extension Studio, we only use top quality 100% Remy human hair in order to provide our clients with the very best hair extensions possible.
