The Commission adopted the filing of language on expansion of the “qualified sports team” definition in WAC 230-03-138 at the July 20, 2023 meeting. A petition by the Spokane Chiefs hockey club had been presented at the May Commission meeting for rulemaking consideration to expand the definition of a “qualified sports team.”
