Open practices/ tryouts start tonight at 6:30. Open practices are every Tuesday and Wednesday until the roster is complete. We are looking for a couple of girls to complete our competitive 14u spring season roster. We practice in Lady Lake, centrally located for Lake, Sumter, Citrus, and Marion counties.

Now that Christmas is over, it’s time to get back to what we love!
We are looking for 2-3 14u players for our spring season. We will be playing a competitive schedule in the Central Florida area. We are looking for an experienced pitcher and two athletic utility players. We want girls and families that want to be more than just a player on a team. We are looking for hard working, dedicated, and most importantly, a team player.

We practice twice a week and occasional conditioning practices on Saturdays.

We will be having open practices every Tuesday and Wednesday until our season starts in February.
Low initial fees, no monthly dues.

Practices will be Tuesday and Wednesday at 6:30-8:30.

2022 is in the books for us. We had a great fall season! We started our final tournament of the year with a bad Saturday, going 0-2… then on Sunday the girls came out and dominated! Going 3-0 on Sunday, making this the first group of girls to win GOLD for Sweet Heat! Thank you to this special group of girls and thank you to our awesome families for supporting and believing in us! We are super excited for 2023 and can’t wait to get back on the field!

The final practice of 2022! These girls have continued to put the work in! 2022 has been a success. Sweet Heat was formed a little over a year ago, it’s been a journey. From where we were to where we are now has been very fulfilling. The coaches have learned a lot, the players have learned a lot, and our parents have learned a lot.

Building a successful program hasn’t been the easiest. Wins don’t come instantly! We have continued to build the culture that we believe will continue our success. Strive to learn and strive to get 2% better everyday! Put the work in and the results will speak for themselves.

Sweet Heat will play one more tournament this year. Follow our page for updates for tryouts coming in the beginning of January. In the spring we will play tournaments in Central Florida, we will be playing a competitive schedule. There are no monthly dues, 2 practices a week and occasional Saturday conditioning in Lady Lake.

Another weekend done. The girls played great this weekend! Going 3-1, only losing their last game 2-1. They fought and never gave up. Another long weekend of softball in the books. We battled some good teams and faced some adversity this weekend, what did these girls do?? They dug deep, didn’t quit, and brought home some more bling! Way to go girls!

Not too often you get to see a rocket while playing ball!

4 tournaments into our fall season, with one tournament getting rained out, these girls have got bling in 2 out of the three tournaments that were completed. Way to go girls!

After another HOT weekend these girls never quit. We came up short today, going 3-2 on the weekend, with the two losses to the eventual gold bracket winner( which we were the only team to beat them this weekend), and the number 1 seed. These girls fight and will only get better! 💜🧡

Another great start to the weekend! 2-0 going into Sunday. The girls played a tough, close game to finish the day, winning 4-3! Time to finish the weekend strong.

We practice to get better at our game. These girls work their tails off all the time! But you always have at least one goofball on the team. We as coaches have to remember to keep the fun in the game, if not we’ll lose them. And this is goofball #1 😂😂

Moved up to 14u this weekend. The girls fought hard all weekend. They never gave up and went home with some bling. Way to go girls! We’ll take runner up this weekend… going to work to get the gold next time!
