The Heart Chakra is where we give and take of emotions and feelings.
when the heart Chakra is balanced we have a sense of confidence and love and understanding of ourselves and others. when the heart Chakra is unbalanced we create walls of protection around us to the point that we are isolating ourselves and we are unable to feel, we are unable to give or receive emotions and feelings. Anxiety and depression are symptoms of a dark Heart Chakra.

The Solar Plexus embodies our Power, Confidence and ability to sense strength and weakness in others. Self-confidence, happiness and joy are emotions that emanate from the Solar Plexus when it is balanced. When the solar Plexus is weak we feel unsure of our selves, powerless, sad, hopeless and paranoid. Keeping are core Chakra fed and balanced is key in work, love and all relationships. #
