We are seeking a dedicated individual for our office to join our team The Painting Group. We are looking for a highly organized individual with strong customer service skills to help streamline our administrative tasks and assist management in daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

➖Manage inbound and outbound phone calls in a professional and courteous manner

➖Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly

➖Organize and maintain records, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars

➖Assist management with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and report generation

➖Coordinate meetings, conferences, and other events as needed

➖Ensure smooth daily operations by keeping the office environment organized and efficient

➖Perform other duties as required to support the team

Qualifications:

➖Proven experience in customer service and office administration

➖Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

➖Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

➖Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, CRMS)

➖Comfortable handling a high volume of phone calls

➖Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team

➖Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
