Make sure your athletes drink fluids (water is the best option) 30 minutes before the event begins and every 15-20 minutes during the event. Drinking water after the event is equally important.

We are still working on the field we will use for the National Finals this year. However, it will be held in Las Vegas, NV on Saturday, February 3, 2024. As soon as we get the final approval from the facility we will start working on more details for travel plans. Year 6 almost done! THANKS!
