Good morning
First, I want to THANK everyone that came out yesterday and supported us. Friday was our soft opening to test the equipment and the flow of a Mobile kitchen. We were able to see where we were strong and where we needed improvements. And with that we will be restructuring a few things. Plz Allow us the weekend to get these things in order, so that we can provide Lafayette with superior service. We will be open on Tuesday July 2 at 10am-3pm. 
Again, thank y’all for your patience and support.
