🚨AWESOME ALERT🚨 🔸️Want to give a big shout out to my client Christine. She has made major strides since we've first started. 🔸️When I first met Christine she had very little strength and energy with being overweight, multiple health conditions, and had a very sedentary lifestyle as a result. She had trouble getting around and wasn't able to leave her home often, if at all. 🔸️After several months of building strength through basic fundamental movements, and recently doing hyperbaric therapy the past 2 months, Christine is doing amazing. She's able move around without being in constant pain, go places, do activities, sleep better, and just overall enjoy her life more.
