Under this initiative, students are able to receive a state voucher totaling $1,500 to go towards tutoring services.

We provide ELA tutoring services for ALL students (grades 3-12), including students with IEP/504 accommodations.

We're working to bring qualified math educators on board ☺️

More information will be posted as we continue to receive information from the Louisiana Dept. of Education.

Hi guys!!! It's been a while, but we're on the right track.

In November, we will begin offering after-school care (and some weekend services) for a very limited amount of children with intellectual and limited physical disabilities (due to the location of services).

Interest forms and other information will be posted in the next week, or two.

I am also working towards confirming other projects. Information will be released once plans are finalized.

Summer Enrichment Tutoring Tutoring sessions will take place at Lafayette's Main Public Library. 301 West Congress Street

Does your child need an extra push in ELA? From a qualified and knowledgeable instructor?

Puzzle Pieces Learning Center is now accepting students from 3rd to 10th grade for tutoring/summer enrichment. This includes students with IEPs and 504 accommodations.

Qualifications:
Current K-8 ELA Instructional Coach
Masters in Education
Special Education certified

We will focus on:
▪️Louisiana ELA standard based skills
▪️LAT/RST essay writing
▪️Understanding the Louisiana Dept. of Education's LAT/RST essay rubric
▪️Test taking strategies
▪️Cross curriculum based constructed responses

We do not focus on phonemics and phonological awareness at this time.

Puzzle Pieces Learning Center, LLC goal is to provide a safe environment for children and some adults with intellectual and/or limited physical disabilities.

In the upcoming weeks, I will meet with several community members to gain information to help my ideas come to life.

In the next few days, I will upload a Google form so that those who fall within this demographic can share their needs and interest in utilizing services that may include a full-time center, after-school care, tutoring (general education & 504 students included), et c.

Looking to service St. Landry, Iberia, St. Martin, & Lafayette parishes.
