3 Positions Described Below:

***1) HOME STAGING/ MOVING CREW-Seeking motivated, physically fit individuals to be included on our "as needed" crew! Ideal for students over 16, or anyone who is super energetic, fit and capable of lifting and moving furniture items (some are heavy) & decor, and has a professional appearance & attitude! Crews may also be used on demo days for renovation jobs. This position WILL require physical labor, possibly assembling furniture/bed frames, hanging curtain rods/art etc. and, yes, some sweating! :) So please only apply if you are very physically fit! Must have your own transportation.
HOW IT WORKS: This position is on an as needed/contract basis, so we will compile the team and schedule folks that are available when we have jobs.
COMPENSATION: Starting at $10/hr with a minimum of $50 per job. (Meaning EVEN if the work day ends up being less than 5 hours, you will still be paid a minimum of $50 for completing the day's job. We also provide lunch & beverages for our crews on move-in/move-out days. We will be looking to reward and promote our starting crew members to our construction/renovation team, so there is room for advancement and higher compensation for those who work hard and have motivation! CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT LABOR TEAM- Ideal candidates will have experience in many areas of home construction/repairs, carpentry, painting, tile work, floor installation, drywall installation and finishing, light plumbing knowledge, light electrical knowledge, bonus experience would be knowledge of fence-building, landscaping, or other similar/related experience. COMPENSATION: TBD depending on experience. We have current, ongoing projects & new ones starting in July! We provide materials and most tools, if needed. You bring the experience! ***3. PERSONAL DESIGN ASSISTANT- If "ORGANIZATION" is your middle name, this position might be for you! We are seeking a super creative, but ORGANIZED star for this entry-level spot. Our personal assistant will will have a professional work ethic, be super energetic, able to handle physically challenging duties at times, such as lifting & carrying decor, paint cans, etc. But also, could help with our social media, websites, client scheduling & calls. Should be internet & social media savvy, be able to help source interior design materials, decor, paint colors, tile, finishes etc. Great opportunities to learn about interior decorating, renovation, etc. Ideal for college-level students seeking design careers, or non-students who still have a sense of creative home design, & did we mention you MUST be highly ORGANIZED?! 😀
COMPENSATION: Part-time, contract position starts $10/hr. (depending on experience). Room for advancement & bonus opportunities available! Must have transportation, computer or tablet & a smart phone. Must be willing to work hard but also have fun! Non-smoker & must be pet tolerant.
