I’m so thankful God shows us grace when we make mistakes. What would we do without it?

This year has been our best year to date. And all of that is because of ALL of you that continue to support us. With growth also tends to come growing pains. I know there are several who have received wrong shirts or wrong designs recently and we appreciate all the grace you have shown us in those times to get your orders correct. We never want anyone to be unhappy or dissatisfied with their purchase or the service that we provide. This summer, we have experienced several delays both from vendors and from in-house designs. We are working on improving how we process your orders and working on trying to decrease the production time of our in-house designs. Please be patient and understanding as we figure out the best way to serve you all in this capacity. We are so thankful for the growth we have experienced. The future is for sure bright, but we do want to be transparent with what delays that have occurred.

Last year doing T-shirts we made a few designs for our game day launches that we were able to create ourselves, but the majority of the T-shirt designs came from vendors. This year we were able create unique designs that you can only find at Southern Sisters. We are so excited to be able to offer you unique game day, fall and holiday designs along with many more.

We started posting Gameday designs back in June and our initial post was from a vendor that we order from in Texas. Shortly, after placing our order, they were hit with a hurricane that put them out of power For 12 days. Unfortunately, that delayed all processing which resulted in the delivery day being also delayed. We received one batch of shipment yesterday and should be receiving the others shortly.
Our goal is to have most all T-shirts excluding fall designs finished next week. We are working hard to get everything completed and to you for game day and also stock the store with new tees.

Please be mindful that when you pre-order we always post leadtimes at the end of the post stating production or shipping to us if from a vendor. Those days are business days and not consecutive days.

We are so thankful for each of you that has helped us grow over these last almost 8 years. We love what we do and we love serving this community. You ladies have helped our family and business grow in ways that you can’t even imagine and we look forward to serving you for many years to come. ♥️
