Makes 12 cupcakes

Produce
3/4 cup 100% pure pumpkin, pure
1/2 tsp Ginger, ground

Refrigerated
3/4 cup Egg whites

Canned Goods
3/4 cup Applesauce, unsweetened
80 g Vanilla/pumpkin protein powder

Condiments
1/4 cup Pyure organic stevia blend

Baking & Spices
1/4 cup Almond flour
1 tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp Baking soda
1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
1/4 tsp Cloves, ground
1/4 cup Coconut flour
1/2 tsp Maple extract
1/2 tsp Nutmeg, ground
2 tbsp Truvia brown sugar blend

Dairy
8 oz Whipped cream cheese

Other

I gave birth June 2020, and let’s just say not much changed in the one year. That is until I started with modere products.

I am educated in exercise and nutrition. I love learning but applying without external accountability is a challenge for me. I’ve lost 45lbs before so I know what to do, but my motivation has been lacking to do it now after pregnancy.
