This year, you’ve shown incredible hard work and dedication, and we couldn’t be prouder of each and every one of you. A heartfelt thank you to the parents who have tirelessly supported and dedicated their time to help our students succeed.

The graduation speeches were truly inspiring and a highlight of the ceremony, showcasing the talent and growth of our graduates. Our adorable kindergarten graduates also stole the show with their delightful songs – what a cute and exciting performance!

Practice will be held at our current Lake Elsinore location from 2:00-2:30 P.M.

📣FALL 2024 REGISTRATION IS NOW O P E N!!📣

We are pleased to announce that our 2024/2025 enrollment is now open for all families. You may now register for your academic and elective courses for the upcoming school year and grab your seats before they are gone! All classes are on a first come, first serve basis and we cannot save seats.

We want to thank you for your continued support of our program. We are so happy that you have trusted us to help in your homeschool journey! Our staff is in the office today to answer questions via email only.

We had to say good bye to Chef Dionne last semester as she will now focus on her real estate business. We have loved her classes over the last 2 years and will greatly miss her yummy creations!

We are very excited to welcome her replacement, Chef Steven! Chef Steven Moore, also known as The Trendy Chef, is a Culinary Graduate and a Food Network Winning Chef. Chef Steven Moore has been seen on the hit television shows "Supermarket Stakeout" with Bobby Flay & Alex Guarnaschelli. Chef has also appeared on "Chopped" which is the most popular cooking competition show on The Food Network and has nearly 200,000 followers on tiktok, over 70,000 followers on instagram. Chef Steven has traveled the world teaching and cooking in places such as Florence Italy & Thailand. Here locally, he owns a restaurant and serves the community by offering youth cooking classes.

Check out January's menu. Chef makes everything from scratch so your aspiring chef will make their own bread for French toast, actually grind (in a meat grinder) and season the turkey to make sausage plus make their own hamburger buns!
