Aqua Massage is a rare machine. It is a touchless water massage, meaning there is no human contact. It is the size of a tanning bed. When you get in it with your clothes on, a plastic sheet is lowered and covers you and water jets pulse water on your body. You do not get wet, but you receive a massage that cannot be duplicated by human hands. The water jets pulse up and down, from your feet to your neck. Not only is this a relaxing massage for muscles and tendons, but in addition, the water jets send a slight hydrostatic shock wave through your tissue. This pressure wave pushes toxins out of your tissue, so it is important to drink water after an Aqua Massage session to flush the toxins from your body. It gets blood circulation on the capillary level moving. It mobilizes lymph to flow through the lymph system. Remember we have three times more lymph as we do blood.
