We are thrilled to announce the addition of Jennifer Delgado Santiago, ARNP to our practice! Jennifer is a family Nurse Practitioner who comes to us with over 20 years of experience. Most recently, she has been treating endocrine patients as a Certified Diabetes Educator and Clinical Lead at Orlando Health. She is also certified in CGM and insulin pump training.

Jennifer is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and was recently recognized for her outstanding performance by Orlando Health Patient Experience Magazine. She speaks fluent Spanish and is focused on improving the health of her patients through education and empowerment.

EFFECTIVE AUGUST 1, 2020, WE WILL REQUIRE 48 HOURS NOTICE FROM THE TIME OF YOUR APPOINTMENT TO RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL AN APPOINTMENT AT OUR OFFICE. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN A $25 FEE.

IF YOU HAVE NOT COMPLETED THE REQUIRED BLOODWORK FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT, PLEASE CALL OUR OFFICE AT LEAST 48 BUSINESS HOURS IN ADVANCE TO RESCHEDULE.

WE ADVISE ALL PATIENTS BOOK AN APPOINTMENT WITH THEIR LAB AT LEAST 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO THEIR APPOINTMENT WITH US SO THAT WE MAY RECEIVE THE RESULTS IN TIME.
