Yesterday was amazing & terrifying at the same time!
But if it doesn’t scare you, it’s not big enough ♥️

Shooting for GMA was something I don’t think I could had imaged. And of course I brought my bestie with me.

I hope my son always watches me care for & love people in a real way. To support my community and serve well.

In the end all that will matter:

Did I love well?
Did I forgive others, and myself, for being less than perfect?
Did I face the wind when it was easy, and let it carry me when it was hard?
Did I carry another so that they could carry on?
Did I pass on a part of me for others to see and feel when I'm gone?

This Sunday I’ll be cohosting a Blocks & Props workshop with my dear friend Posey! This workshop is for all levels and open to the public. Sign up at Yoga Path Palm Beach !
This workshop will help students better understand, how blocks and props can create more comfort and accessibility in their yoga practice. On the flip props can also help a seasoned yogi to deepen their practice!
