The power of positive feedback cannot be underestimated!

Today, I delayed my normal workout and disrupted my entire business schedule just so I could join a Live Peloton class at 10am.

Why didn't I just take a canned class at 6am like normal? Because today was my 200th lifetime workout on the bike 🚴. If you're hitting a milestone, there's a chance that the instructor will give you a "shout-out" in a live class. 💯 Here I am, a grown man with a busy schedule, and I'm shuffling it around so I can get an instructor to say my username on a live class "good job KirkInFlorida (my username, follow me!)". Almost silly if you think about it!

Dale Carnegie, often considered one of the greatest leaders of our time, famously said, "Praise the slightest improvement and praise every improvement. Be hearty in your approbation and lavish in your priase."

Look for the good, praise any and all improvements in your employees' behavior or performance. There isn't a more powerful positive agent of change in your organization!
