Quinny boy made his entrance May 8th at 2:51 AM weighing in at 7 lbs 9 oz and measuring 22 inches long.

El absolutely LOVES his little brother 🥹 is it bc of the giant lollipop Quinny gifted him at the hospital? Possibly. The world may never know.

On another note, I’m so excited to get my hands in some hair. I decide to open up my books June 10-14th if anybody would like to skip the wait and get in with me next week 👱🏼‍♀️

🌞 LIGHTING MATTERS 🌑

This is the same head of hair, on the same day just in different lighting. As you can see, they look so different!

If you’ve ever heard me tell you to feel your hair out for a couple weeks, in different styles and different lighting etc this is the reason 🙌🏽

Hair is so personal, we all wear it differently and have different tastes. I like to tell my new clients that our relationship is a lot like dating, lots of communicating on both ends especially at the beginning! My bestie here is probably the pickiest individual I’ve ever met. IYKYK 😅 But she always challenges me and shes always happy with the results!

So many women feel like theyre not being heard by their stylist, or they cant get the color they have envisioned. I feel like this leads to a lot of hesitancy when looking for a new stylist, and a lot of times we just feel like we’re the problem and our stylist might hate us 😂

I love getting these clients in my chair and getting the opportunity to shift that perspective. I do my best to be extremely honest with my clients about realistic expectations as well as educating you all on how to take care of your hair at home. This is another of my clients that is low maintenance, wants a change but nothing drastic, and wants it to look as naturally unnatural as possible.

I see her about 3-4x/year for a balayage, toner and haircut to freshen those ends up. Girl math says that’s $3.28/day for perfect hair… and if you pay cash its basically free 🤷🏼‍♀️

My client wants the best of both worlds: blonde AF and long AF.

Soo how do we do that?? She sees me about every 12 or so weeks for her color, we go back and forth doing fulls and partials so she still feels super blonde but her entire head isnt being processed every time. We also trim her ends to keep them fresh, she isn’t always comfortable taking off what needs taken off so we often compromise on a length that will keep her comfortable but also mitigate those split ends 🥰

And lastly we use to help repair, restore and hydrate! 🧬
