The Zen Yogi provides a Sangha, a community of people who come together to practice insight meditation and to learn about Buddhist mindfulness practices . This gathering of community is an important support for individual meditation practice and and helps us see our connection to one another and the world around us. Through Sangha, we hope to bring both meditation practice and mindfulness into every day life.

You do not have to be Buddhist to participate with the group. People from a variety of religious traditions and those who are secular are welcome to become part of this community. What we will share is a commitment to meditation as a path to cultivating kindness, compassion, and spiritual growth.
