“Squirrel-shaped fish”—— Yes, they are squirrel-shaped with heads and tails in China, different chefs use different fish to cook and shape it 😂😂 In our HK restaurant, we use sole fish to make it, no head and tails, but with two flavors ( one fish is sweet and sour, and another one is spicy 🌶️ —— see the last picture please)
