Intentional in what I consume (food, emotionally, spiritually, etc)
Intentional in caring for myself and honoring myself unapologetically!
Showing gratitude for the life I have by not wasting time with complaints without working diligently towards solutions.
I left 2023 without feeling that it owed me anything! I walk into 2024 with expectation that it owes me MUCH....and I'm gonna walk into each day intentionally and with gratitude!
