Presented a ton of really concrete, actionable steps we can all take to strengthen our company and personal brands. And gave us some really good ways to think about our target market and our ‘perfect customer”, along with how to utilize that information.

Two of the biggest takeaways:
1. Your elevator pitch should be known and able to be said by EVERY employee.
2. The importance of an ‘Employer Brand’ for recruitment efforts and how to effectively reach the younger generations of workers where they hang out.
