Meet the staff! Amy is the Rehab Tech at Paragon Rehab outpatient Lapeer.
Amy Morse has worked as a rehab tech for 15 years. She loves to have fun with patients and make them laugh. They all especially look forward to her dad jokes, which helps take their mind off of their pain. Amy always hopes to encourage patients to push themselves and wants them to leave with a smile even if they didn’t come in with one. She does an exceptional job at making all patients feel welcome! Her hobbies outside of work include reading, football and spending time with her husband and kids.

Samantha Preger is the PTA at Paragaon Rehab Lapeer Outpatient.
Sam graduated from Baker College in 2008 and has been working as a PTA in an outpatient setting for 13 years. She loves getting to hear peoples stories and help them get back to the best version of themselves. She especially enjoys post-op orthopedic patients, plantar fasciitis and cervical dysfunction. She is specially trained in IASTM, kinesiotaping, and myofascial cupping. Sam enjoys getting to know her patients on a personal level and make them look forward to coming in to therapy every day. In her spare time she enjoys working out, reading and spending time with her son, daughter and husband.

Kortney Gregory, PT, DPT is the physical therapist and program director at Paragon Rehabilitation Outpatient Services in Lapeer. She graduated in 2016 from Oakland University with her Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy. Since then she has worked with a wide variety of patients in the outpatient setting including: post-op, chronic pain, balance and fall risk, stroke recovery, pediatrics, sports and athletes, vertigo, and much more.
Kortney loves to treat patients with neck pain and shoulder pain because she feels like she can always get fast results and improve patients quality of life. Kortney also enjoys working with babies for either developmental delay or torticollis and spent one of her clinical rotations specializing in pediatrics. Kortney also enjoys working with post-op patients to allow them to return to normal function and become pain free.
Kortney enjoys working with her patients one on one and loves to get to know each and every one of her patients. She loves helping people and making physical therapy appointments enjoyable for all.
