The evolution of not only my body but the way I view it in the past 5 years.
First in the romper at my heaviest of 180 lbs in 2018. I was suffering from severe anxiety. I had the worst self-esteem, I told myself daily how ugly and disgusting I was therefore believing I wasn’t worthy of many things.
The second pic on the top right is me at my lowest adult weight of 130 lbs in 2019. This was 8 months of being on the root consistently. I skipped not 1 day during this time.No exercise or diet just taking the product alone. At the time I thought I was happy but looking back now I realize how unhealthy my mentality was about weight loss and how I felt about myself. I remember thinking I didn’t care to lose my curves or to be healthy overall all I wanted was to be skinny and petite.
The third picture on the bottom right is me a few days ago at 150 lbs. I’m back on the root taking it about 4-5x a week. I’m working out 3-4x a week mainly focusing on lifting weights and adding 1 day of HIIT training. I no longer care to be skinny. I want to be strong and healthy and most importantly I love myself and my body while still working towards my goals! Maybe it’s my age and the fact that I’m wiser and I fully understand what an amazing temple my body is just for the simple fact that this is the body that carried my kids all to full and healthy term🙏 If you are reading this and you are suffering from low self-esteem and no self-love. I truly wish you can just see and realize how amazing you are right at this moment!!! You are enough mama ♥️ You are beautiful and perfect 😍

Just an FYI I haven’t had any surgeries as of yet. Also not against them maybe one day I’ll have the courage to get my mommy makeover but as of now It’s amazing what weights and better nutrition can do for you 😍 I say better not 100% clean because like I’ve said before I still enjoy every and anything I want😊 I’ve also incorporated our b***y plumping cream juicy peach 🍑
