Okay, granted it’s true that we rarely struggle with diseases like smallpox, measles, polio here in the USA BUT the leading causes of death are still Heart Disease, Cancer, and Strokes. 🫣

And according to the CDC, chronic illness affects 6 out of 10 adults, and the WHO claims that 1 out of 6 people struggle with infertility. We also see Alzheimer’s and Diabetes on the rise. 😢

Maybe we should take a lesson from our ancestors and go back to whole, simple foods and limiting toxins… 🤔
