here’s what I can control:
*sleep 7-8 hours every night (to bed by 9 and up at 5)
*count my macros to ensure optimal protein fats carbs
*little to no alcohol
*lift weights 3-5x a week
*work my heart to threshold 2-3x a week
*yoga and mobility 2-4x a week
*walk 30+ min daily
*hydrate with salt ( is my fav)
*meditate/journal/therapy
*sauna (mine just broke agh!)
-yes there are other things gs that truly matter like connection and purpose and passion…but I’m talking physical stuff that you can do today. right now.-
ladies! please please please lose the antiquated FEAR of getting bulky. you WANT strong bones muscles and heart. the alternative is osteoporosis sacropenia and heart disease.

I swam with whale sharks yesterday!
fun fact: I’m (really) scared of open water swimming/surfing/snorkling. True story. And, I do it anyway.
pro tip: I used my breath work training to calm the f down after I jumped into a rolling ocean with giant fish.
benefits of my lifestyle: I could easily swim through big waves without losing my breath and I had more than enough strength to get out of and back into the boat several times. I controlled my breath and swam with giant whale sharks!!!
This may sound like “blah blah blah”, but of the 6 adults on the boat (not including my almost 19 year old daughter), I was the only one that was strong and mobile. All of the other adults were incredibly deconditioned, out of breath, not able to move their bodies to easily get on or off the boat much less navigate the waves. So, a few got in the water once. A few zero. A total bummer to be not be able to enjoy adventures (ie LIFE) because of neglect to body/mind/soul/spirit.
Jeez, I don’t want to be on a 🧼 📦…and you can take control. Of your life and your joy!!!

Quick update on my summer studio schedule : I added a bunch of strength and conditioning classes for you to book when you are in town! Classes are kept small so that everyone gets some 1-1 coaching from me. We will use multiple modalities to build strength, power, agility, mobility, flexibility and balance. You are guaranteed a great workout and most likely some laughs!
