They have no clarity on what they truly want.

Remember that it is okay to put yourself first!

🔹Remember your purpose.
We spend so much of our time putting others first. We feel stressed and unhappy because we forget to do the things we want to do.

All of these reasons hold you back from moving forward and hold you back from taking action.
Find a coach (like me), who can help you find clarity so that you can have life/work harmony.
When most of my clients start working with me, they quickly realize that they have been living their life in their comfort zones because it is what they know and it's familiar.
No matter how bad it is, it is safe.
It's not always easy and it is worth it. Having someone to help guide you through the fears that set in, gives you the courage to keep moving forward.
When you allow yourself to face a challenge, step through your fears and get out of your comfort zone, that is where change happens.

We are our own worst enemy.
We are so hard on ourselves.
We listen to that little voice inside our head that puts limits on what we want to accomplish and we forget to see our own beauty.
