I tried making a rack of lamb for my mother’s birthday last year for the first time. Honestly didn’t know what the heck I was doing but I knew that passion and love was going to make it bomb.

Now that we have Wizzy’s Chix in the cabinet, it makes a strong appearance on a wonderful cut of meat. I take you on a little journey to show you the process. If you have any questions, feel free to hit me up. I got you!

I have been wanting to smoke brisket for a LONG LONG TIME. I will be honest I was super intimidated to try it because I am so critical of myself and taste. I didn’t want to mess it up at all🤦🏾‍♂️.

BUT….when you have 🇬🇾 , you never need to doubt yourself!!😝😂 I used good ol 🔥 on this bad boy and it turned out soooooo friggin good. I smoked this bad boy for about 14.5 hours and maaan …I am so proud with how it came out. I can’t wait to do it again and try some new methods to make it even better. If y’all would have seen how juicy this mug wasssss when we went to the lake to cut it👀🤤.
