One last thing before Pride Month ends: I’ve added discreet labels inside our books featuring LGBTQIA+ issues and stories. There is a Resource List online where you can find them, but I am also publishing a paper guide you can hold in your hands and use in the library. 🙂

Research shows that reading graphic novels may require even more brain power than reading regular books because the brain has to make inferences and synthesize information from visual cues as well as the text.
