Way to go Mr. Randy!!!
Mr. Al (Randy) Tolentino, S6, 6MRBn. 6MRBn received a large influx of new personnel while operating in a high-tempo environment. These conditions placed incredible strain on the Battalion S6 shop as they worked to field equipment to new users while managing ongoing network and hardware challenges. Despite these conditions, Randy displayed resilience, dedication, and exceptional professionalism becoming the bedrock of continuity for the unit while providing indispensable training for new staff. During this period, he provided critical training for a new IT Specialist in the shop while single-handedly supporting the BN across multiple times zones. Randy’s efforts mitigated the negative effects of the reduced manning in the S6 shop, and his tireless efforts were instrumental in achieving our recruiting goals, ultimately contributing to the overall success of the battalion during this period.
