This is kind of surreal posting this but a dream is coming true, Brandi & I are gym owners!

This December 2023, we are opening a Ninja Warrior Obstacle gym here in called Ninja Lair ❗️❗️

Ever since I first competed on American Ninja Warrior way back on season 4, I was hooked. Fast forward to now, I’m in love with the sport more than ever. Not just the TV show, but the community, the competitions, the new obstacles, the passion the kids have for it & just how much it’s grown. So it’s only right that I help grow this sport even more. We’re going to crush obstacles, get stronger, do things you never thought you could do, reach goals & have the most fun doing so!

I finally got the chance to see the new TMNT Movie & I loved it! This was my son’s FIRST MOVIE and he was perfect in the theater!

The movie is fun from start to finish! Tons of action, cool story & every character is awesome & weird! 🙌🏼😂

Not gonna lie though, they kinda did Splinter dirty. He is a lot less of a ninja master than he typically is 🤣

It’s a new take on the Turtles that I feel was needed. They are actually teenagers for once! But don’t listen to my opinion, go see it! 🐢💥

Happy Birthday Jay Cutler !! You’ve inspired so many in these 50 years (myself included) & continue to be a role model to the sport of bodybuilding. You’re an all around great person and I’m happy to call you my friend. Thank you for everything, enjoy your day!

I GOT THE CALL!!! I will be back for Season 15 of American Ninja Warrior! I feel blessed & very fortunate to say this will be my 5th season competing on the TV show.

I honestly feel stronger than I’ve ever felt. I am so ready! LETS GOOO!!!
